TRIBUTE TO PAUL McCARTNEY - SOLO YEARS BENEFIT (2000)
This concert was a special McCartney solo years benefit for breast cancer research recorded at the Morgan Wixsen Theatre Santa Monica,Ca April 12, 2000. Weirdly, the concert has never been officially released, but this unedited full-lenghty 166 mn performance was first available for free on registered websites. The cast was more than impressive - at least IMHO. The amazing artists featured were mostly los angeles local with Darian Sahanaja, Probyn Gregory, Jeffrey Foskett, Rusty Squeezebox & Baby Lemonade, Jigsaw Seen, John Easdale, David Nolte & Kristi Callen, Parthenon Huxley, Michael Quercio, Andrew Sandoval, Morris Tepper & Robbie Rist, The Andersons, Rob Laufer & Damon Fox, P.F. Sloan, Stew, Nick Heyward & India, Laurence Juber, Milo Bender, David Jenkins, Wendi Colter & Daryl Jensen, Russ Blake, Ken Daniels, Paul Flynn, Shayne Blue & Ty Vere, Brian Kehew, Willie Aron, Jim Laspes, Randell Kirsch, Morley Bartnoff, Linda & Laura Good and the participation of Rodney Bingenheimer performing the songs of Paul McCartney.
