SUSSEX - ENDS AND MEANS (1981)

I only have very few info about that english band. Anyway, all i can say is Dicky Itch ("Lord" Richard Itchington) played on Bram Tchaikovsky's 1981 LP "Funland" (see post below) and guitarist Alan McLachlan (born in Scotland) moved to Amsterdam in 1982 where he formed a band called the Weazels, and would later work with Andy Scott. He also played with two other bands: Sjako! and the Scene. The album was produced by Andy Scott - the "Sweet" guitarist, i can confirm the fact because the credits state this : Produced by Andy Scott for Rockbray Limited (Rockbray Limited was linked with the Sweet releases). The band was managed by Richard Ogden who was also managing The Motors and Bram Tchaikovsky. The band also thanks Martin Rushent and Nick Garvey (see Nick Garvey post), just because Sussex released in 1979 a single "Treat Me Kind" which was produced by Nick Garvey and was an early release on Martin Rushent's Genetic label. A follow-up single "With A Girl Like You" was released in 1980 on Mercury Records and then there was the album called "Ends & Means".
