By the time of the end of the 1977 Stiff Tour, Nick Lowe had left the label (Jake Riviera also took with him Elvis Costello and the Yachts and founded Radar Records) . Nick's parting shot was a cover of Billy Fury's "Halfway To Paradise". Raggy Lewis, leader of The Stukas went on to form the power pop combo Autographs.
